Amazing and incredible location, the area in general was truly beautiful adjacent to the Bayswater shopping district, and the airport. Such friendly and helpful hosts who helped us a lot.

The bathroom was extremely small.

Everything was absolutely awesome and the rooms were reasonably spacious. I enjoyed that it was close to a museum and a palace. Above all, it was close to shops and different shops. Had natural lighting.

Overall, lovely place, it fits me. Staff are friendly people. The venue has great setting in a quiet area. Also, the apartment is near to shops, the tube station and bus stops, and Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park and many others.

Lovely accommodation with airy and big rooms next to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, pubs, restaurants, cafes, and tube stations, and the central line at Queensway. Views to the park, exceptionally comfortable beds. Amazing setting to restaurants & transport.

The accommodation was secure located really close to Royal Albert Hall, Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens and museums, Bayswater subway and a great pub which sells the most fresh beer in London, that's what I was expecting. I appreciated the staff, they are amiable and really friendly people. The room was neat and airy, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven were provided too. It had separate bathroom which was very new. Everything was simply perfect.

We had a REALLY NICE stay in London very close to Bayswater tubes, Princes Square and a quiet area. Good prices were a plus.

concept serviced exceeded our expectations during this christmas party. the nespresso coffee machine and good heating were a plus, and the clean towels and sheets added to the overall comfort. we loved the efficient use of space and the natural lighting from the skylights. the location and cost were excellent too.

noisy surroundings

i had a real good stay, with location in a quiet area.

The staff is amicable and the food was fab. The place is next to Bayswater subway station, several restaurant and a very nice area. In fact, the property is situated very close to both Queensway & Bayswater tubes.

Overall experience was very good. The staff were amiable and easy to talk to. We appreciated easy check-in too. It was amazing and stunning to south ken museums.

This apartment is a perfect base for staying in London. Easy check in. Nice to have a handy kitchenette to prepare some food. Lovely building, affable and attentive staff...

Couldn't find cleaning.

For the price I paid, I must say I got great value for my money. The apartment was new, clean, and had all the necessary amenities like a microwave, hobs, and dishes. The location was perfect, with easy access to three underground lines, and there were plenty of food shops and restaurants nearby. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, even though I didn't meet any staff in person.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more options for milk available.
